(1) A woman applying for selection in the Honorary Service of Anganwadi Worker/ Tedagar should possess Indian citizenship.

(2) In respect of a female candidate applying for selection in the Honorary Service of Anganwadi Worker/ Tedagar, she should have been a local resident for at least one year on the date of resident certificate of prescribed format to be issued by the Mamlatdarshree. An Anganwadi established in a revenue village in the case of rural areas shall be a local resident of the revenue village or the electoral ward of the concerned municipality/ metropolitan area in case of urban area candidate for at least one year. For this criterion, it will be taken into consideration that the certificate of the concerned Mamlatdarshree's office for this work given by the Jan Seva Kendra should not be older than six months from the date of publication of the advertisement of the sample decided by the Women and Child Development Department.

(3) The age of the applicant applying for selection in Honorary Service of Anganwadi Worker/ Tedagar should be 18 years and not more than 33 years as on the last date of application.

(4) The minimum educational qualification for Anganwadi worker should be Class 12 pass or any AICTE recognized Diploma course of at least 2 years after Class 10 pass.

(5) Minimum educational qualification for Anganwadi Thedagar should be 10th pass. (6) If the applicant belongs to the reserved category, a certificate from the competent authority to that effect

Must be submitted.

(7) In case the applicant is a widow, a certificate from the competent authority has to be submitted.

(8) The applicant has to scan and upload and submit original certificates of all the educational qualifications mentioned in the online application.

(9) The last date of application shall be considered as the cut- off date. So, the applicant should fulfill the criteria for age, educational qualification and other qualifications on the last date of application.

(10) The applicant shall submit the self- declaration that the information and certificates submitted by the applicant are correct along with the prescribed specimen identification proof.

(11) The applicant has a criminal history, and a police complaint has been lodged against the applicant, the conviction has been pronounced by a reputed court. Such a person cannot apply.

(12) A person whose applicant has been declared insolvent by the competent authority cannot apply.

(13) A person who has been suspended or dismissed from any previous Government/ Semi Government/ Honorary service as part of penal proceedings shall not be eligible to apply.

(14) A person in a situation where an Anganwadi worker/ Tedagar will be a member of the same family (mother- in- law, brother- in- law, sister- in- law, sister- in- law, sister- in- law, etc.) in the same Anganwadi center cannot apply.

(15) A person holding an honorary service or elected post in any local Swaraj Sansthan / Legislative Assembly / Lok Sabha or any co- operative registered society / registered trust and does not wish to vacate such post may not apply.

(16) Existing Anganwadi Tedgars will be given priority as per rules 6.1 to 6.6 mentioned in the Anganwadi Worker Selection Process, Government Women and Child Development Department Resolution No.ICD/ 102019/1652 B (Part-2) dated 25/11/2019 will be given.

(17) Calculation of marks percentage from the grade score issued by the University/ College in case the grade/ score (CPI/ CGPA) is indicated in the marksheet or the marks/ percentage calculated from the University/ College itself.

(18) Upload of certificate/ mark sheet is mandatory. (18) If the information filled in the application form and the details of the uploaded documents are different, the candidature of the applicant will be cancelled. The uploaded documents should be of legible type.

(19) In cases where the applicant has passed the examination in more than one attempt, the applicant has to scan and upload the original mark sheet of each attempt. A candidate who passes in more than one attempt will have to count the marks of the passed subject/ subjects of that mark sheet. The total marks shall be calculated after deducting the marks of failed subject/ s. Then the marks of the subject/ subjects passed againto count Thus, if the total marks of 7 subjects are 700, only the marks of passed subjects out of 700 from different mark sheets should be counted.

E.g. If 325 marks are obtained out of 700 marks in which one subject is failed with 25 marks, the marks obtained will be counted as 300 marks. Then if there are 50 marks in that subject, the marks obtained will be 350 out of the total marks of 700.

(20) Information to be filled against the educational qualification in marks or percentage only which should be as per the mark sheet of recognized Uni/ College. The method of showing the marks obtained in any educational qualification course shall be shown either by marks or percentage.
