2,00,000 (two lakh) families and 10 lakh people of bitter Patidar society will be involved in "Ma Uma Kalash Yojana" launched by Umiyadham-Sidsar. All these will be given UK Card.
Producers-traders-distributors-various service professionals of Patidar society can join UK Club and increase their trade-services by increasing their business-sales. For this it is necessary to register in UK Club Membership. Registration form and rules and guidelines are enclosed herewith.

Rules and Guidelines:
True details of business/product/services have to be given in the registration form.
When any kalash holder of Ma Uma Kalash Yojana comes with UK Card, you have to give the discount offered in this form on the products/services purchased by them.
The discount offered shall be above the total price/rate shown in the invoice for the product-services.
A UK Cardholder will not have to resort to the discount offered after already raising the price.
After the final price/rate of the product/services to be purchased is determined upon arrival by the UK Cardholder.
The cardholder will show their card so the discount offered by you will have to be given.
Currently, to join this discount scheme, Rs. 500 registration fee fixed. But in the future, this fee can be increased or decreased and implemented, which will be binding on you.
Category of product/services as shown in the list attached herewith and category other than product name or name of product if any to be detailed in the form.
There is a QR Code on the back of the UK Card. Similarly Scan Dealer Access QR Code with open QR Code Scanner, then in the screen that will open, the cardholder will enter the card number and password of the cardholder himself and enter the Dealer Code and your password given to you, then the next screen will open, write the amount of the discount and press the button. So the discount amount will be registered in the database.
The time limit for registration will be 36 months. After that the registration has to be renewed.

Two (two) lakh Patidar families and 10 lakh people will be involved in this scheme phase by phase.
Each kalash holder will be given a UK CLUB card.
Digital platform to traders, manufacturers, service providers, suppliers, retailers etc. under this scheme
will be connected through and all will be given UK CLUB MEMBERSHIP.
• Traders, manufacturers, service providers, suppliers, retailers etc. connected in this scheme will give the discount offered by them on the purchase price made by the card holder.
Hence all traders, manufacturers, service providers, suppliers, retailers and any other category of traders can join UK CLUB MEMBERSHIP of Ma Uma Kalash Yojana. Enrollment form to join UK CLUB MEMBERSHIP is attached.
A sample list of certain business categories and products is attached herewith for reference. Any dealer can join the UK CLUB MEMBERSHIP of this scheme for any product of any category other than this.
