Method of doing E-KYC at home
"MY RATION" Oxidation Monasm Download Derry "FACE AUTHENTICATION" based "E-KYC" can be done manually at home. Following are the steps of procedure to do E-KYC by any ration card holder.
1. First of all the ration card holder should go to PLAY STORE and download “MY RATION” application in his mobile.
2. Then click on the icon with three horizontal lines appearing on the top left corner of the home page. In the opened options click on "PROFILE".
3. Select "Link your Ration Card" option in the page that opens. Enter your ration card number and last four digits of Aadhaar card and select “Link your ration card”.
4. To do E-KYC only those interested can do E-KYC through the application whose member's Aadhaar number is linked in the ration card registered in the ration card. The person whose Aadhaar number registered in the ration card is not linked in the ration card should contact the concerned zonal office or Taluka Mamlatdar office in person with the ration card and Aadhaar card according to the area of his residence.
5. If the Aadhaar number is linked to the ration card, on the page that opens, enter the generated OTP by selecting the “I accept consent” - checkbox and clicking on “Generate Aadhaar OTP”. Click on “Verify OTP” message like “RATION CARD LINKED SUCCESSFULLY, YOU CAN UPDATE DETAILS NOW” will appear on the screen.
6. After linking the ration card in the "MY RATION" application, it is necessary to close and reopen the application to do FACE BASED E-KYC.
7. Select Aadhaar E-KYC menu on the homepage of "MY RATION" APP and click on "DOWNLOAD AADHAR FACERD APP" appearing on the screen to download the application.
8. After that to do FACE AUTHENTICATION read the given instructions carefully and select the checkbox and click on "Get Card Details".
9. Step-1 : Enter Ration Card Number and click on Get Card Members Details button.
10. Step-2: Select the card member and click on Do Aadhaar E-KYC button in this member.
11. Step-3: Aadhaar based verification identity of selected members has to be established. Select the consent checkbox and click on the 'Generate Aadhaar OTP' button.
12. Step-4: Enter the Aadhaar OTP received and click on the Verify OTP button, the camera will open for FACE CAPTUR. During FACE AUTHENTICATION, you have to follow the instructions like keep your face straight in front of the camera, blink your eyes as shown on the skin.
13. Clicking on “Send Details for Approval” option after successfully capturing the face
A request for application approval will reach the concerned Supply Office.
